I was invited to the Maybelline LET’S ROCK THE ROCKET event at Zouk Club on 26 July 2013, by Li Hui – Creative Designer of Nankai leather wear.
The Star Product of this event was the VOLUM’EXPRESS The ROCKET mascara, hence the ‘ROCKET’ theme. I loved how the ‘ROCKET’ theme and concept were carried & executed well throughout the entire event in all its touch points, from invitation card to posters, mascots, props, instagram booth, fashion runway, videos, models etc.
We got to snap pictures together with Fashion Director of Asia’s Next Top Model Daniel Boey!
Daniel Boey even showed us how to upload & tag our photos on Instagram to have our photos instantly printed out on the printer!
The Event consisted of the following fun activities:
– Complimentary drinks by Zouk Club
– Makeup Makeover (the new Rocket mascara is really super & made even our lower lashes appear really thick and long! I love the pink & green eyeliners too)
– Glow in the dark body painting
– Awesome complimentary gifts from Maybelline (contains Maybelline full sized Pure BB Mineral Cream Mousse, Eyeliner, Eyeshadow and Tony & Guy hair voucher
– Fashion Show
– Games
– Instagram LIVE upload & Instant Photo Prints
– Live acoustic band performance
